Thanks to careful design, room construction by specialists from various industries, and fantastic service, we can boast the highest level of safety and play comfort.
OPEN EMERGENCY DOOR
The entrance doors to the rooms are not locked in any form. You can always leave and re-enter the room within game time.
FULL MONITORING
There are 25 cameras throughout the facility, allowing the game master to constantly monitor game progress and player well-being. Monitoring is not only available in all rooms, but also in the public areas of the facility, the entrance area, and the parking lot.
VOICE COMMUNICATION
Throughout the entire game, the Game Master hears and communicates with players verbally. Whether you are having trouble solving a puzzle or feeling unwell, you can always let us know.
EMERGENCY LIGHTING and EVACUATION
The “Magic Escape Room” features over a dozen emergency lights that are automatically activated in the event of a power outage. Additionally, each exit is marked with emergency exit lights. All emergency lighting is battery-powered, enabling easy movement even in the event of a complete power outage.
12V INSTALLATION
All puzzles and lighting within the players’ reach are powered by 12V voltage – completely safe for human health and life.
VENTILATION
The entire facility is mechanically ventilated – each room has its own separate air circulation to ensure maximum comfort during play.
FIRE SAFETY
The entire facility is equipped with a smoke detection system, which is not required by regulations. When smoke is detected, all locks are automatically unlocked and additional lights are activated. The materials used in the rooms are either non-flammable or coated with specialized flame-retardant agents. Additionally, each team is equipped with a walkie-talkie as an additional, power-independent means of communication. All for your safety!
